My photo doesn't show my pet's legs. Can you still create it?
Yes. Our artists can recreate the missing body using your pet's breed, visible proportions and additional reference photos. For better accuracy, please share clear front, side and full-body photos whenever possible.
I don't have one perfect photo. Can you use multiple photos?
Absolutely. You can upload multiple photos from different angles. We combine the clearest details of your pet's face, coat, markings, body shape, tail and pose into one complete miniature.
What if I don't like my 3D design?
No worries at all. We are happy to adjust it for free until it meets your expectations.

Questions pet parents ask us
How closely will it resemble my pet?
We aim for roughly 90-95% likeness. The final result depends on photo quality, how much of your pet is visible, the size you choose, and the natural variation that comes with hand-painting.
How do I upload my pet's photos?
After placing your order, you receive a secure photo-upload link on WhatsApp from our verified number. Use your order ID to upload the photos.
Will I see the 3D design before printing?
Yes. A digital 3D preview reaches you within 2-3 working days, and production begins only after you approve it. If something is off, tell us and we will change it free of charge.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. You can request reasonable changes to the face, markings, colours, pose or accessories during the preview stage. Changes may not be possible after approval and printing.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. Every miniature is made for one pet and cannot be resold, so custom orders are prepaid only. Delivery is free across India.
Someone on WhatsApp is offering the same thing for Rs. 800 - is that you?
No, and it is not a real product either. A sculpted, resin-printed, hand-painted miniature cannot be produced at that price - the material and artist time alone cost several times more. Those accounts copy our photos and customer videos, take payment into a personal account, and then stop replying.
