Stature 3D – Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Stature 3D, every product is custom-made, hand-crafted, and personalized based on the photos

and inputs provided by the customer. Because each order is made uniquely for each client, our

Return & refund rules are strict and transparent.

1. No Return / No Refund for Custom Products:-

All our products – including 3D Miniatures, Personalized Statues, Customized Idols, and

Handcrafted Portrait Models – are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded once the

The production process has started.

- No refund after 3D design work starts

- No refund after 3D design approval

- No refund after colouring or dispatch

- We do not accept returns for custom-made products

2. 3D Design Approval Policy:-
We share the 3D digital design for approval. Customers can request up to 2 free revisions. After

approval, changes are not possible. Once approved, no refund or cancellation will be accepted.

3. Replacement Policy (Only If Damaged in Transit):-
Replacement is offered only for damaged or wrong products.

To be eligible:

- Unboxing video (without cuts)

- Photos of damage

- Report within 24 hours of delivery

4. Wrong Product Received:-

If the product received is completely different, report within 24 hours with unboxing video and

photos. A free replacement will be provided.


5. Minor Variations:-

Since every product is handcrafted, 5–10% variation in color or finishing is normal. No

replacement/refund will be issued for minor differences.

6. Order Cancellation Rules:-

Cancellation is allowed only if 3D design work has not started. Once work begins, no cancellations.

7. Delay in Delivery:-

No refund for courier delays due to external factors.

8. Refund Method (Rare Exceptional Cases):-

If approved, refunds take 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
