How do I upload photos?
After placing your order, you will receive a secure photo upload link on WhatsApp. Upload your photos using your order ID.
Can I upload separate photos of both people?
Yes. You can upload separate clear photos of both people. Our team will guide you if better photos are needed.
What type of photos should I upload?
Upload clear front-facing photos, full-body photos, and outfit reference photos if available. The better the photos, the better the final output.
Will the miniature look exactly like us?
We create the miniature based on your photos, focusing on facial structure, hairstyle, outfit, pose, and key details. Since it is a handcrafted product, slight artistic variation is natural.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 12–14 days because every miniature is custom-made, printed, painted, packed, and quality-checked.
