I only have a face photo, not a full-body one. Can you still make it?
Yes. A clear face photo is the important part. Tell us the outfit and pose you want - or send a separate reference picture for them - and our artists build the body to match. You check everything in the 3D preview.
Can I change the outfit or add something they love?
Yes. A jersey, a uniform, a guitar, a cup of chai - share the idea with your photos. Reasonable props and outfit changes are discussed before sculpting and shown in the preview.
What if I don't like the 3D design?
No worries at all. We are happy to adjust it for free until it meets your expectations.

Questions gift-givers ask us
Will it reach in time for the occasion?
A typical order takes 12-14 days from order to delivery, and the 3D preview reaches you in 2-3 working days. To be safe, order about three weeks before the date - extra revision rounds or a complex outfit can add time. If your date is close, message us on +91 9560422644 before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
How closely will it resemble them?
We aim for roughly 90-95% likeness. The result depends on photo quality, the size you choose and the natural variation that comes with hand-painting. Clear, well-lit face photos and a larger size help our artists capture finer detail.
It is a surprise. Will they find out?
Not from us. The photo-upload link, the 3D preview and all order updates go to the phone number and email used at checkout. Use your own contact details when ordering, and you can still ship it to their address.
How do I share their photos?
After placing your order, you receive a secure photo-upload link on WhatsApp from our verified number. Use your order ID to upload the photos, along with any notes on outfit, pose or props.
Which size should I choose for a gift?
8 inch sits comfortably on a work desk or bedside table. 10 inch is the size most people pick for gifting. 12 and 14 inch are statement pieces for a living-room shelf, with more visible detail in the face and outfit.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. Every miniature is made for one person and cannot be resold, so custom orders are prepaid only. Delivery is free across India.
Someone on WhatsApp is offering the same thing for Rs. 800 - is that you?
No, and it is not a real product either. A sculpted, printed, hand-painted miniature cannot be produced at that price - the material and artist time alone cost several times more. Those accounts copy our photos and customer videos, take payment into a personal account, and then stop replying.
