Not lower quality. It cannot be produced at that price at all - a two-subject sculpt takes more artist time than a solo piece, not less. Anyone quoting it is either sending you something entirely different, or sending you nothing.

Can I choose the pose and outfit?
Yes. You may provide separate references for your face, outfit and pose (standing together, sitting, pet in your arms), plus your pet's coat markings. Our team will confirm whether the requested combination is technically feasible.
Can I include more than one pet with me?
Let us know at order time - we'll confirm whether the pose and pricing work for additional pets.
What if I don't like my 3D design?
No worries at all. We are happy to adjust it for free until it meets your expectations.

Questions pet parents ask us
Can I choose the pose and outfit?
Yes. Provide separate references for your face, outfit, pose (standing together, sitting, or your pet in your arms) and your pet's markings - we combine them into one sculpted scene.
How do I upload our photos?
After placing your order, you receive a secure photo-upload link on WhatsApp from our verified number. Use your order ID to upload photos of yourself and your pet.
Will I see the 3D design before printing?
Yes. A digital 3D preview reaches you within 2-3 working days, and production begins only after you approve it. If something is off, tell us and we will change it free of charge.
Can changes be made to the pose or outfit after the preview?
Reasonable corrections based on your original references can be requested during the preview stage. Completely changing the pose, outfit or concept after design work begins may involve additional charges.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. Every piece is made for one person and pet and can't be resold, so orders are prepaid only. Delivery is free across India.
Someone on WhatsApp is offering the same thing for Rs. 800 - is that you?
No, and it is not a real product either. A sculpted, resin-printed, hand-painted miniature cannot be produced at that price - the material and artist time alone cost several times more. Those accounts copy our photos and customer videos, take payment into a personal account, and then stop replying.
