Our artists rebuild what isn't visible using the proportions that are, and we show you the preview before anything is committed. If it doesn't feel like them, we change it, free, until it does.

Most memorial portraits are ordered at 12 inch or above - large enough to hold presence in a room rather than blend into a shelf.
8 to 10 inch

Living room shelf, pooja room or mantle. Most memorial portraits are ordered at this size or above.

If the photograph has complicated detail, turn-around could take a little longer - we'd rather take the extra time than rush the likeness.
Delivery and order protection
Shipping: delivery within 12-14 days across India, free. Tracking is shared after dispatch.
Order protection: if the piece arrives damaged, we replace it free. Please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery so we can help quickly.
Cancellation: can be requested any time before design work has started.
Can I send several photos from different years?
Yes, and it genuinely helps. A side profile, an older photo where the face is clearer, a recent one for colouring - cross-referencing gets us closer to how you remember them, rather than how one photo happened to catch them.
What if the preview doesn't feel right?
Tell us what's off - the expression, a proportion, the colouring - and we'll adjust it free of charge until it does. Nothing goes to production until you're satisfied. This is the whole reason the preview stage exists.

Questions families ask
How closely will it resemble them?
We aim for roughly 90-95% likeness. The result depends on the clarity of the photograph, the size you choose, and the natural variation that comes with hand-painting. But you always see the preview first, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
The photo is old, faded, or only shows the face. Is that a problem?
Usually not. Most of what we sculpt starts from exactly this. Our artists rebuild what isn't visible from the proportions that are, and show you the preview to confirm before printing. If you're unsure, send the photograph to us on WhatsApp before ordering and we'll tell you honestly.
How long does it take?
12-14 days from your approval of the preview. If there's a date that matters - an anniversary, a barsi, a birthday - tell us when you order and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable rather than promise and miss.
What if the preview doesn't feel right?
Tell us what's off and we'll adjust it free of charge until it does. Nothing goes to production until you're satisfied - this is the whole reason the preview stage exists.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. Every piece is sculpted for one person and can't be resold, so custom orders are prepaid. Delivery is free across India, and damage in transit is replaced free.
Someone on WhatsApp is offering the same thing for Rs. 800. Is that you?
